Thank you for your decision to do some good, by supporting our local & sustainable work! We invite you to take note of the terms & conditions below, which apply to all orders placed on our online shop.

In a limited workforce context, we are doing all we can to answer your questions and requests. We cannot follow up on requests outside the terms below. Thank you in advance for your patience and courtesy. It's our pleasure to assist you in a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.

We are very grateful for your decision to support our efforts for quality local labour that is appropriately remunerated, and we remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.

1-Year Warranty

We'll replace it or fix it :) All of our clothing undergoes a careful quality control process. In case of breakage or abnormal wear and tear, let us know by sending an e-mail to info@meemoza.ca. The warranty gives the option of an exchange when stocks are available, or a repair. It also only applies when the care instructions have been respected. It does not apply to sales items.

Fill your return request here in case of defective items. When your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of the return.


Delivery charges & Transit time

Please note that some additional delays may occur during particularly busy shipping periods (End of Season Sale, Black Friday, etc.). We will inform you, in the event of such delays.

- Free delivery over $169 (in Canada & USA)

- Quebec: $12.95 / 3 to 6 business days

- Ontario: $14.95 / 3 to 6 business days

- Other provinces & territories: $17.95 / Up to 10 business days*

*Eastern Provinces have quicker delivery times.

- International: $18.95 / 15 business days or Express at $53.95 (5 to 10 business days)

*Eastern USA States have quicker delivery times.


Returns

How to do a return?

FREE RETURNS (on first order at the regular price in Canada) **
You have 7 days after receipt of your package to proceed with your return. No delay is accepted.
Free easy returns on first order!** 
We pay the transport for your return on your first order (return fees are reimbursed manually when your return is received). The transport of the item desired in exchange is payable on the return portal.

Returns can only be exchanged or credited to a gift card (valid for life and redeemable online). We do not offer refunds.

Exceptions:
**Cannot be combined with any promotional coupon. In this case the cost of the return label + 1 restocking fee applies:
Qc + On: $10.95 - Other provinces: $12.95 - International : $14,95 (applicable at all times for International returns)
Discounted items (25% and +) can also be exchanged. They can be exchanged for the same style in another color or size, depending on available inventory. Delivery charges apply.
Lingerie: final sale for hygiene reasons.
Meemoza & Co Market Products: final sale.
 

To make your life easier, you will receive a Postal Label when processing your return on the Return portal.

Use the Postal Label to return your package and remit it to the designated courier service. Exchanges in person need to be entered on the portal, and confirmed by email before being brought to our workshop. Returns that fail to follow this procedure will not be processed in person.


2 options are offered to you :

1. Exchange

The best way to exchange is to choose the item you want to exchange immediately on the return portal, and return your original purchase. You will receive a mailing label to process the return.
Once we have received your return, the item chosen in exchange will be sent to you. Free returns are processed and reimbursed manually when your return is received.
If there is a difference to be paid for the item chosen in exchange, it will be settled on the returns portal when you enter your return.
Note: If you order a completely different item than the one originally ordered, then you must place a 2nd order for that item, and you will be refunded for the original value of the item on that 2nd order, when we have received your return. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


2. Credit as a gift card

If you do not proceed with an exchange following your return of a regular priced product, we will offer you a gift card valid for life (exchangeable online), when we have received your return, for a future purchase of the amount of the return value.

 

Other conditions

For an exchange order or an order paid with a credit note, no returns or exceptions will be authorized, more specifically on sales and items will be considered final sales.

Credit notes are usable one time, and cannot be transferred. The original purchase value applies to all size exchanges for the same style (no price adjustements, new discounts do not apply, and previous discounts are maintained). Please consider the measurements included in the Size chart, as well as notes provided on the product page to make sure to choose the correct size according to your measurements. Do not hesitate to contact us for more sizing information. And feel free to order two sizes, if you're unsure of yours. You will be reimbursed for one of the 2 items for which the size is not suitable.

It is unfortunately impossible to return an item that is worn, washed, damaged or purchased on pre-order (produced especially for you) or at a discount of 25% or more (final sale) or from the Lingerie and Meemoza & Co Collections. In case of quality issues regarding the products of the external suppliers from the Meemoza & Co. Collection, it is necessary to contact each supplier directly and resolve these situations according to their terms and conditions. Orders placed on our online store cannot be canceled. Please note a delay that may reach 3 weeks is required to process returns. Thank you for your patience!
