1-Year Warranty

Our team is available to help with our warranty on carefully used and cared for clothing with exceptional quality defects. 

We'll replace it or fix it :)

All of our clothing undergoes a careful quality control process. In case of breakage or abnormal wear and tear, let us know by sending an e-mail to info@meemoza.ca. The warranty gives the option of a repair or an exchange when stocks are available. No refunds. It also only applies when the care instructions have been respected. It does not apply to sales items. We are not responsible for wear and tear caused by wearing a garment that is too small. Our clothing is designed for moderate use and should not be used for sports or any other intense physical activity.

All our garments should be washed gently with soap and/or mild stain remover such as Bio vert and/or Lemieux brands. We are not responsible for the way we choose to care for our garments after purchase or for damage resulting from improper care.

The more gently you take care of your clothes, especially by avoiding exposure to heat, the longer you will enjoy them.

Fill your return request here in case of defective items. If your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of the return.
